Multiple Teams · Grady Varsity Girls Soccer Clinch Play Off Spot – Boys Have One More Game To Go!

The Varsity Girls’ team wrapped up conference play last night with a 10-0 shutout of Lithia Springs. They end the season with a conference record of 6-1-0 behind undefeated Decatur (7-0-0). The win clinches the girls a state playoff spot. The girls will be back in action after spring break in non-conference home games against Lakeside on April 11 and Tucker on April 14 (Community and Senior Night). They wrap up their regular season play with a game against Druid Hills on April 18. State playoffs kick off April 25.

The 7th state ranked 5A Varsity Boys pulled off a must-win 4-0 victory against Lithia Springs last night to keep their playoff hopes alive. They will complete their final conference gagrady-varsity-b3-67_32781722162_ome against North Springs on April 13. The game was previously called off to due inclement weather. The boy’s conference record stands at 4-2-0 with an overall record of 10-2-2.

Looking ahead, Grady Soccer will host its 4th Annual Community Night on Friday, April 14 when the varsity teams take on Tucker High School at Grady Stadium.  The Varsity Girls kick off at 5:30 pm while the Varsity Boys kick off at 7:30pm Grady Soccer will also host its annual Senior Night Ceremony to recognize our nine graduating seniors:
