The Grady Girls Soccer team clinched the Region Championship Wednesday night with a 10-0 victory over the Lithia Springs Lions. The Knights finished region play undefeated at 6-0 and did not surrender a single goal in region competition. As the #1 seed from Region 6 on Class AAAAA, they will face the #4 seed from Region 7 in the first round of the State Playoff Tournament later next month, but that opponent has not been determined yet. In the meantime, Grady has four non-region games remaining on its schedule before State begins.
